We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. We also accept Paypal, money orders and personal checks. (personal checks must clear prior to shipment)
Florida Sales Tax of 7% will be added to all orders shipped to Florida.

RETURN POLICY

Rugs can be returned or exchanged within 7 days (you must call for return authorization before returning any rug). Rugs must be returned in their original packaging and condition at the customers expense. Rugs returned without prior authorization or rugs 7'6" x 9'6" or larger are subject to a 25% restocking fee. In addition, The Vintage Garden offers Free Shipping on orders over $150, however returned items to The Vintage Garden will result in an 8% fee to the customer to reimburse The Vintage Garden for the original cost of shipping.
The Vintage Garden does not offer returns or exchanges for any other items on our website. Please remember that vintage items are not always perfect and therefore sold "as is". We try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions and disclose any flaws or visible damage. If you have any questions about any item, please contact us prior to purchase..

The Vintage Garden website sells products which are also for sale in their store. Many items are one of a kinds. Therefore, all purchases are subject to store availability.
All shipping quotes are only valid for the continental 48 States. Additional shipping will be required for Alaska and Hawaii.
UPS does not ship to post office boxes. There will be an additional shipping cost when shipping to a post office box.
International shipping is on a case by case basis. Please contact us for availability to your Country.

All in stock items will normally ship within 3 -5 business days. Most items ship UPS ground. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping. Expedited shipping will be at an additional expense.
